IrishCorkTaxi Terms and Conditions

1. General

1.1. By booking and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1.2. IrishCorkTaxi reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.

2. Bookings

2.1. All bookings are subject to availability.

2.2. Accurate details must be provided when booking. IrishCorkTaxi is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect information.

2.3. Bookings can be only made online through our website or Whatsapp.

3. Pricing

3.1. Pricing is based on distance, time, and the type of service requested.

3.2. All prices are quoted in Euro (€) and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

3.3. Additional charges may apply for extra services, such as waiting time, tolls, and special requests.

4. Payments

4.1. Payment can be made by cash, credit card, or through our online payment system.

4.2. For online bookings, payment is required at the time of booking.

4.3. For regular clients, invoicing arrangements can be made with prior agreement.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

5.1. Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time to avoid a cancellation fee.

5.2. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the pickup time may incur a fee of up to 100% of the booking cost.

5.3. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booking.

5.4. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of the cancellation.

6. Passenger Conduct

6.1. Passengers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and orderly manner.

6.2. Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited in our vehicles.

6.3. Passengers will be held responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the trip.

7. Luggage

7.1. Passengers are responsible for their own luggage. IrishCorkTaxi is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings.

7.2. Please inform us at the time of booking if you have excess or oversized luggage to ensure a suitable vehicle is provided.

8. Delays and Liability

8.1. IrishCorkTaxi will make every effort to ensure timely service. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic, weather, or road conditions.

8.2. In the event of a delay or service failure, IrishCorkTaxi’s liability is limited to the cost of the booked service.

10. Governing Law

10.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
